To reach the Chiesa di Sant'Agostino in San Gimignano from Siena, take the SITA bus from the Siena bus station, located near Piazza Gramsci. Once you arrive at the San Gimignano bus station, exit the bus and take the main street (Via Roma) leading into the town. Follow Via Roma until you reach the town square (Piazza della Cisterna). From there, continue straight until you reach Piazza Sant'Agostino, where the church is located at number 10.

If you are already in San Gimignano, and near the Piazza della Cisterna, head towards Via San Giovanni and take a right onto Via delle Fonti. Continue straight until you reach the intersection; then turn left onto Via San Bartolo. Follow this road, and it will lead you directly to Piazza Sant'Agostino. The Chiesa di Sant'Agostino will be on your left at number 10.
