If you are driving, head towards Bolzano via the A22 Autobahn. Take exit 4 - Bolzano Nord, and follow the signs for Bolzano Centro. Continue on the SS38 road until you reach Via Santa Giustina. The Loacker store is located at Via Santa Giustina, 3, 39100 Bolzano BZ. Parking is available in the vicinity, but be aware that parking may incur a fee.
