Board the Line 1 vaporetto towards Piazzale Roma. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the lagoon along the way. Once you arrive at Piazzale Roma, you can explore the main attractions of Venice.

    If you are driving, head towards the Lido of Venice. Use the main road, Via Sandro Gallo, leading to the ferry terminal. Park your car at the designated parking area near the ferry terminal. From there, you will need to take a ferry (car ferry) to Piazzale Roma. The ferry ride takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Piazzale Roma, you can continue your exploration of Venice on foot or via public transport.

  • Walking

    If you are already in Lido and wish to explore the nearby areas before heading to Venice, you can take a leisurely walk along the beach promenade. Start at the Grand Hotel Ausonia & Hungaria and head towards the public beach. The scenic walk will take you about 15 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea. After enjoying the beach, return to the Lido vaporetto stop to catch a ride to Venice.
