If you are near St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head towards the big church at the end of the square. As you face the Basilica di San Marco, walk to your left past the shops until you reach a small bridge (Ponte del Cavalletto). Cross the bridge, and you will see a canal. Keep walking straight until you reach a little square called Campo San Moisè. Here, you will find a narrow alleyway (Calle dei Fabbri). Walk through this alley and continue straight until you come to another bridge. Cross this bridge, and at the end, you will see Bacino Orseolo on your left. It's a beautiful water basin where gondolas often dock.
