If you are at the iconic Rialto Bridge, head south toward the Grand Canal and turn left. Walk along the canal until you reach the San Silvestro Vaporetto stop. From there, take Line 1 towards 'Giardini' and get off at 'Academia'. Once you exit the Vaporetto, head straight and cross the Accademia Bridge. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto Campo Santa Margherita. Continue straight, and you will see Campazzo S. Sebastian on your right, where the Church of Saint Sebastian is located.

If you are starting from St. Mark's Square, begin by walking towards the Doge's Palace and then head towards the water. Follow the waterfront path to the left until you reach Ponte della Paglia. Cross this bridge and continue straight until you reach Campo Santa Margherita. Turn right, and you will find Campazzo S. Sebastian on your left, which is where the Church of Saint Sebastian is situated.

From the Santa Lucia Train Station, exit the station and walk straight towards the Grand Canal. Turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the Ferrovia Vaporetto stop. Take Line 1 towards 'Giardini' and disembark at 'Academia'. From there, cross the Accademia Bridge and follow the road straight to Campo Santa Margherita. The Church of Saint Sebastian will be located on your right at Campazzo S. Sebastian.
