If you're traveling by car from Chikuzen to Rakusuien, start by heading south on Route 500 towards Fukuoka City. Continue on Route 500 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach Hakata Ward. Once you arrive in the city, follow signs for Fukuoka City Center. Turn onto Sumiyoshi Street and keep an eye out for Rakusuien, located at 2 Chome-10-7 Sumiyoshi. Note that parking may be available nearby, but it's advisable to check for any parking fees.

For those using public transportation, start at Chikuzen Station and take the JR Kagoshima Line towards Hakata. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Hakata Station, transfer to the Fukuoka City Subway, taking the Kuko Line towards Meinohama. Get off at the Sumiyoshi Station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Rakusuien. Exit the station and head south on Sumiyoshi Street until you reach 2 Chome-10-7, where Rakusuien is located. Be sure to check the train schedules ahead of time, as they may vary.
