Subway
If you are starting from Hakata Station, take the Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Nakasu-Kawabata. It is just one stop. Get off at Nakasu-Kawabata Station and take Exit 1. Once you exit, walk straight for about 10 minutes along the river. You will see Canal City Hakata on your left.

From Tenjin Station, you can take the Nishitetsu Bus #100 or #200, which heads directly to Canal City Hakata. The bus stop is located on the west side of Tenjin Station. The ride takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Canal City Hakata' stop, and you will see the mall right in front of you.
