Getting There

Walking
If you are near Hakata Station, start by exiting the station from the Chikushi Exit. Walk straight down Chikushi Street for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Nakasu-Kawabata Station. From there, turn left onto Nakasu Street and continue walking for approximately 600 meters. You will see Canal City Hakata on your right. Enter through the main entrance and head towards the Sun Plaza Stage, which is located near the fountain.

If you're starting from Tenjin Station, take the Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Hakata Station. Get off at Hakata Station (about 3 minutes). Once you exit the station, follow the directions for walking from Hakata Station as described above to Canal City Hakata.

If you are near Tenjin, you can take a Nishitetsu bus bound for Canal City Hakata. The bus ride will take around 10 minutes. Get off at the Canal City Hakata bus stop. After getting off, walk towards the entrance of Canal City, and proceed to the Sun Plaza Stage located near the fountain.

For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Fukuoka. Just tell the driver 'Canal City Hakata' or show them the address: 1 Chome-2 Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka, 812-0018.
