If you are traveling by car, start from any location in Hakone and head towards National Route 1. Follow the signs for Odawara and continue until you reach the interchange for the Tomei Expressway. Take the Tomei Expressway towards Yokohama and exit at the Kamakura Interchange. From there, follow Route 204 towards Kamakura. Once you are in Kamakura, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Genjiyama Park, located at 4 Chome-649-1 Ogigayatsu. The park has a small parking area nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees.

Public Transportation - Train and Bus
For those using public transportation, start by taking the Odakyu Line from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station. From Odawara, transfer to the JR East Line and take a train towards Kamakura Station. Upon arriving at Kamakura Station, exit and locate the bus terminal. Board the Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu bus bound for 'Hase' or 'Daibutsu' and get off at Ogigayatsu stop. From there, it's a short walk to Genjiyama Park, which is located at 4 Chome-649-1 Ogigayatsu. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary.

If you are already in the Kamakura area and prefer to walk, you can easily reach Genjiyama Park from Kamakura Station. Head west on Komachi Street until you reach the main road. Continue walking until you see signs for Genjiyama Park. The park is approximately a 20-30 minute walk from the station and is situated in a scenic area, offering lovely views as you make your way there.
