If you're driving from Hakone, take Route 1 (Hakone-Yumoto to Odawara) and then merge onto Route 135. Follow the signs towards Kamakura. Once you reach Kamakura, continue to follow Route 134. Look out for signs directing you to Ogigayatsu, as Kaizo-ji is located at 4 Chome-18-8 Ogigayatsu. There is limited parking available near the temple, so be prepared to park a bit farther away if it's busy.

Start your journey at Hakone-Yumoto Station. Take the Odakyu Line to Odawara Station. From Odawara, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and head towards Kamakura Station. Once you arrive at Kamakura Station, take the Enoden Line towards Fujisawa and get off at Hase Station. From Hase Station, it's about a 15-minute walk to Kaizo-ji. Exit the station and head east, following the signs towards Ogigayatsu. The temple is located at 4 Chome-18-8 Ogigayatsu. Be aware of any train fares: the trip will cost you approximately 1,500 yen.
