    Car

    If you're driving, start from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Head northeast on Route 1 towards Odawara. Continue for approximately 10 km until you see signs for Lake Ashi. Turn right onto Route 702. Follow the road along the lake. After about 5 km, look for signs indicating Hakone Shrine. Turn right onto Motohakone Road, and you will find the shrine in about 1 km. There is parking available near the shrine.

    Public Transportation

    From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Railway to Gora Station. At Gora, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Cable Car to Sounzan. From Sounzan, take the Hakone Ropeway to Togendai Station. At Togendai, board a sightseeing cruise on Lake Ashi. Disembark at Hakone-machi and walk towards Motohakone for about 10 minutes. Follow the signs to Hakone Shrine, located near the lake.

    Alternatively, from Odawara Station, take the Odakyu Limited Express train to Hakone-Yumoto Station. From there, follow the previous public transportation directions to reach Hakone Shrine.
