The parking area near Motohakone-ko Pier is available, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 500 to 1000 yen depending on the duration.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Izu to Odawara Station via the Izu Hakone Railway. Once at Odawara, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Line and take the train to Hakone-Yumoto Station. From Hakone-Yumoto Station, board the Hakone Tozan Bus and take the bus towards Motohakone. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Motohakone-ko stop, which is a short walk to the pier.

Alternatively, if you're already in the Hakone area, you can enjoy a scenic ferry ride. From Hakone-Yumoto or Togendai, take the Hakone Sightseeing Cruise, which will take you directly to the Motohakone-ko Pier.
