If you are traveling by car from Hakone to Kamakura City Tourist Information Center, you will want to take the National Route 1 (Kamakura Highway). Start by heading east on Route 1 from Hakone. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. As you drive into Kamakura, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the city center. Once you reach Kamakura, follow the signs for Komachi Street (Komachi Dori), where the Tourist Information Center is located at 1 Chome-1-1 Komachi. Note that parking in the area may be limited, so consider using a public parking lot nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the Kamakura City Tourist Information Center using public transportation, start by taking the Odakyu Line from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station. From Odawara, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and take a train to Kamakura Station. The entire journey will take about an hour. Once you arrive at Kamakura Station, exit the station and head towards the east exit. From there, it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the Tourist Information Center. Follow the signs for Komachi Street (Komachi Dori) and you will find the center at 1 Chome-1-1 Komachi. If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local bus from Kamakura Station to the Komachi Street area.
