From Hakone, take the Odawara-Atsugi Road (Route 1) heading towards Odawara. Follow the signs to Odawara, which is approximately a 30-minute drive. Once you reach Odawara, look for signs directing you to Odawara Castle. There is a parking lot available near the castle, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around ¥500-¥1000 for a few hours. After parking, walk towards the castle entrance and follow the signs to the Odawara Castle Ninja Centre, located at 2-6 Jonai, Odawara.

To reach the Odawara Castle Ninja Centre from Hakone using public transportation, take the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station. The ride takes about 15 minutes. Upon arriving at Odawara Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. You can walk to Odawara Castle from the station, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs to Odawara Castle, and once there, look for the Odawara Castle Ninja Centre at 2-6 Jonai, Odawara. Note that a train ticket from Hakone-Yumoto to Odawara Station will cost about ¥400.
