From Hakone, take Route 1 heading towards Odawara. Follow signs for Odawara and continue on Route 1 for about 30 minutes. When you approach Odawara, look for signs directing you to Minamicho. The Odawara Museum of Literature is located at 2 Chome-3-4 Minamicho, Odawara, Kanagawa 250-0013. There is parking available near the museum, which may incur a small fee (typically around 500 yen).

If you're using public transportation, take the Hakone Tozan Line from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Odawara Station, exit and head towards the East Exit. From there, you can either take a taxi (approximately 5-10 minutes, costing around 800-1000 yen) or walk to the museum, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. To walk, head south on Route 1, then turn left onto Minamicho, and continue until you reach the museum at 2 Chome-3-4 Minamicho.

You can also take a local bus from Hakone to Odawara. Board a bus heading to Odawara Station from Hakone (the fare is approximately 600 yen, and the journey takes about 30 minutes). Once you arrive at Odawara Station, follow the same instructions as above to reach the Odawara Museum of Literature either by taxi or on foot.
