From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Railway towards Gora. After about 5 minutes, get off at the next stop, 'Yumoto.' From Yumoto station, you will need to walk. Head south on the main road, and after approximately a 10-minute walk, you will reach Tenzan Onsen located at 208 Yumotochaya. This route is pedestrian-friendly and will take you through the charming streets of Hakone.

If you are driving, head towards Hakone-Yumoto on Route 1. Once you reach Hakone, follow the signs for Yumoto Onsen. Upon entering Yumoto, look for the address 208 Yumotochaya. There is parking available at Tenzan Onsen, but be aware that it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends. The parking fee is typically around 500 yen per hour.
