Getting There

Car
If you are driving from Hakone, take the Route 138 heading towards Yamanakako. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes. Follow the signs for Yamanakako and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 413. Turn onto Route 413 and continue for about 10 minutes until you see signs for Yamanakako Onsen Benifuji no Yu on your right. There is parking available on-site, which may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
From Hakone, take the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station (approximately 15 minutes). At Odawara Station, transfer to the JR Tōkaidō Line and head to Gotemba Station (approximately 25 minutes). From Gotemba Station, take the Fujikyu Bus heading to Yamanakako. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Benifuji no Yu' bus stop, which is right near the hot spring. The bus fare is around 1,000 yen.
