From the Mount Fuji area, take the Fujiyoshida route to Route 138. Follow Route 138 until you reach Shibokusa. Look for signs indicating Deguchi-ike Pond. There is parking available nearby, but it may incur a small fee, typically around 500 yen.

To reach Deguchi-ike Pond using public transportation, start by taking a train to Fujiyoshida Station. From there, transfer to a local bus headed towards Oshino. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Shibokusa stop, which is the closest stop to Deguchi-ike Pond. From the bus stop, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the pond. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
