Car
From Hida, get onto Route 41 and head south towards Gero. Follow the signs for Gero Onsen, which will guide you through the scenic countryside. After about 30 minutes, you will reach Gero. Once in Gero, look for signs directing you to Yunoshima, where the Gero Hot Spring Shrine is located. The shrine is at 801-2 Yunoshima, Gero, Gifu 509-2207. There should be parking available nearby. Please note that parking may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take the JR Takayama Line from Hida-Furukawa Station to Gero Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gero Station, exit and catch a local bus heading towards Yunoshima. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Yunoshima stop, and from there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the Gero Hot Spring Shrine located at 801-2 Yunoshima, Gero, Gifu 509-2207. The bus fare is around 200-400 yen, depending on the distance.

For those looking to enjoy a scenic walk, from Gero Station, you can walk to the shrine. The distance is approximately 2 km and will take about 25-30 minutes. Head down Mukai Street towards the river, then follow the path along the riverbank. You will pass by some local shops and beautiful views of the landscape. Follow the signs for Yunoshima, and you will arrive at the Gero Hot Spring Shrine at 801-2 Yunoshima.
