If you are driving, head towards Gero Onsen Funsenchi located at Koden, Gero, Gifu 509-2206. From Hida, take Route 41 south until you reach the town of Gero. Follow the signs for Gero Onsen, and once you enter the town, look for signs directing you to Funsenchi. There is parking available near the foot bath area, but make sure to check for any parking fees (typically around ¥500 for a few hours).

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Gero Onsen Funsenchi via public transportation, take a train from Hida (Hida-Furukawa Station) to Gero Station. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes and costs about ¥600. Once you arrive at Gero Station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take the Gero Onsen Loop Bus (Gero Onsen Shuttles) which runs frequently, and disembark at the Funsenchi stop. The bus fare is approximately ¥200.

Alternatively, you can take a bus directly from Hida to Gero. Look for the highway buses at Hida-Furukawa Station that go to Gero Onsen. The duration is about 40 minutes with a fare of around ¥800. Arriving at Gero Onsen Station, follow the signs to Funsenchi, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
