If you are traveling by car from Hiroshima countryside, head towards the city center. Use the Chugoku Expressway or Route 54 for faster access. Once you reach Hiroshima, follow signs for 'Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park'. Park at a nearby parking facility (fees vary, usually around ¥300-¥600 per hour) and walk towards the Atomic Bomb Dome located at 1-10 Otemachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima, 730-0051.

Train
For those using public transportation, take the JR Sanyo Line from any station in Hiroshima countryside to Hiroshima Station. It takes about 30-60 minutes depending on your starting point. From Hiroshima Station, transfer to the Hiroshima Electric Railway (Hiroden) and take the tram Line 2 (towards Eba) or Line 6 (towards Hiroshima Port). Get off at Genbaku Dome-mae Station. The Atomic Bomb Dome is a short walk from the tram stop.
