If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards Hiroshima city from wherever you are in the countryside. Use the Chugoku Expressway if you're coming from the west or the Sanyo Expressway if you're coming from the east. Follow signs for Hiroshima City Center (Hiroshima Shiyakusho) and look for Nakajimacho. Once you reach the city, use a GPS or map application to navigate to 1-1 Nakajimacho, Naka Ward, Hiroshima, 730-0811. There is limited parking available near the Peace Park, so be prepared to park in nearby lots that may charge a fee, typically around 300-500 yen per hour.

Public Transportation - Train
If you're using public transportation, take the JR Sanyo Line to Hiroshima Station. From there, exit the station and head to the Astram Line. Board the Astram Line train towards Kencho-mae and get off at the Kencho-mae station. From Kencho-mae, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Hiroshima Peace Park Rest House. Follow the signs to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, and you will find the Rest House at 1-1 Nakajimacho.

Public Transportation - Bus
Alternatively, from Hiroshima Station, you can take a city bus. Look for the bus number 24 or 28 that goes towards the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Get off at the 'Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park' bus stop. From there, the Rest House is a short walk. Head towards the park entrance and follow the path until you see the Rest House located at 1-1 Nakajimacho.
