Car
From central Kai, head southeast on Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue on Route 20 for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with the Chuo Expressway (E20). Merge onto the Chuo Expressway and drive for about 50 km towards Tokyo. Take the exit towards Tokyo and continue on the expressway until you reach the exit for Koto City. Follow the local roads to Tomioka, where the Fukagawa Fudou-dō is located at 1 Chome-17-13 Tomioka. Be aware of tolls on the expressway, which may cost around 1,700 yen depending on the time of day.

Public Transportation
From Kai Station, take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and change trains at Shinjuku Station. From Shinjuku, transfer to the JR Sobu Line (Rapid) heading towards Chiba. Get off at Kinshicho Station, and then transfer to the Hanzomon Line towards Oshiage. Alight at Sumiyoshi Station. From there, take the Toei Bus (Koto Ward) towards Tomioka and get off at the Tomioka stop. Fukagawa Fudou-dō is a short walk from the bus stop, located at 1 Chome-17-13 Tomioka. The total travel time is approximately 2 hours and costs around 1,000 yen for the train fare, plus a small bus fare.
