If you are driving from central Hitachi, take Route 6 (also known as the Joban Expressway) towards Tokyo. Continue for approximately 120 kilometers until you reach the Koto City area. Use the exit for Eitai Bridge and follow the signs towards Eitai. There is limited street parking available nearby, so be prepared to look for a spot or consider parking further away and walking.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Eitai Bridge by public transport, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. At Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and head towards Kokkai-gijidomae Station. From Kokkai-gijidomae Station, change to the Toei Oedo Line and travel to the Tsukishima Station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Eitai Bridge. Make sure to check the train schedules in advance. The total travel time is around 2-2.5 hours, and the ticket fare for the entire journey will be approximately ¥1,500.

Public Transportation - Bus
Alternatively, you can take a direct bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Board an express bus at Hitachi Bus Terminal going to Tokyo Station. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and head towards Tsukishima Station. After arriving at Tsukishima Station, it's a short 15-minute walk to Eitai Bridge. The bus fare will be around ¥2,000, and the total travel time will be approximately 2-2.5 hours.
