Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from central Hitachi, head southeast on Route 6 (also known as National Route 6) towards Mito. Continue on Route 6 until you reach the intersection with Route 50, where you will merge onto Route 50 towards Tokyo. Follow Route 50 for approximately 100 kilometers. As you approach Tokyo, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Chiyoda City/Yurakucho. Once you reach the area, look for parking options nearby, as street parking can be limited. The closest parking lot is the Yurakucho Parking Lot, located about a 5-minute walk from Sushi Zanmai. The address is 2 Chome-1-3 Yurakucho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0006.

• Train

  To reach Sushi Zanmai Yurakucho using public transportation, start by taking the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station. Board a train bound for Ueno or Tokyo. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Disembark at Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and take the train towards Shinbashi. Get off at Yurakucho Station (about 3 stops from Tokyo Station). Once you exit the station, head towards the East Exit. Sushi Zanmai is located just a short 5-minute walk from the station at 2 Chome-1-3 Yurakucho.

• Bus

  If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take the highway bus from Hitachi to Tokyo Station. The bus departs from Hitachi Bus Terminal. The journey takes approximately 2 hours, and tickets can be purchased at the terminal (cost around ¥2,000-¥3,000). Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, follow the instructions from the train option above to reach Sushi Zanmai. The total walking distance from Tokyo Station to the restaurant is around 1 kilometer, roughly a 10-15 minute walk.
