If you are traveling by car from Hitachi, first take the Joban Expressway (常磐自動車道) heading towards Tokyo. The trip will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach the Koto City area, exit at the Koto IC exit and follow the signs towards Kameido. The address is 4 Chome-18-8 Kameido, Koto City, Tokyo 136-0071. There is parking available near Kameido Ume Yashiki, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

For those using public transportation, start by taking the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station to Ueno Station. The train ride will take about 2 hours. From Ueno Station, transfer to the JR Sobu Line and take a train towards Chiba. Get off at Kameido Station (亀戸駅), which is approximately a 15-minute train ride. From Kameido Station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Kameido Ume Yashiki. Exit the station, head south on Kameido Street, and turn left onto Kameido 4 Chome. The entrance will be on your right. Make sure to check the train schedules as they may vary.
