If you're driving to Kiyosumi Park, start by heading south on Route 6 from the center of Hitachi. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 20 km until you reach the intersection with Route 51. Turn left onto Route 51 and follow the signs towards Tokyo. After about 30 km, merge onto the Joban Expressway (E6) towards Tokyo. Stay on the expressway for about 70 km until you come to the Koto exit. After exiting, follow the local roads, which will lead you directly to Kiyosumi Park located at 2 Chome-2 Kiyosumi, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0024. Please note that there may be toll fees when using the expressway, typically around ¥1,500 to ¥2,500 depending on your entry and exit points.

To reach Kiyosumi Park using public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno and transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Take the Hibiya Line towards Nakameguro and get off at Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station. From the station, take Exit 1 and walk for approximately 10 minutes to reach Kiyosumi Park, which is located at 2 Chome-2 Kiyosumi, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0024. A one-way ticket from Hitachi Station to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station should cost around ¥2,500, and the entire journey will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
