If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Hitachi and head southeast on Route 6 (National Route 6). Follow the road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 293. Continue on Route 293 for approximately 10 kilometers, then take the exit towards Kiyokawa. After exiting, follow the signs for 'Tamahime Inari Shrine'. The shrine is located at 〒111-0022 Tokyo, Taito City, Kiyokawa, 2 Chome−13−20. There is limited parking available near the shrine.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line to Ueno Station, which takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. From Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and travel to Asakusa Station. At Asakusa Station, switch to the Taito City bus (Route 23) towards Kiyokawa. It is about a 15-minute bus ride to the stop nearest to Tamahime Inari Shrine. The shrine is a short walk from the bus stop.
