Car
If you're traveling by car from Hitachi to Tokyo Dome, start by getting on the Joban Expressway (E6) from Hitachi. Follow the expressway south for about 90 kilometers (approximately 1.5 hours). Take the exit towards Iidabashi and continue on to Koraku Street. Tokyo Dome will be on your left at 1 Chome-3-61 Koraku, Bunkyo City, Tokyo 112-0004. Be aware of parking fees, which can range from 1,000 to 2,000 yen depending on the duration.

For public transportation, take the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station to Ueno Station. The journey takes around 50 minutes. From Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and travel to Naka-Okachimachi Station. Change to the Toei Oedo Line at Ueno-Okachimachi Station and get off at Korakuen Station. Tokyo Dome is a short 7-minute walk from the station. The total travel cost will be approximately 1,500 yen.

Alternatively, you can take a highway bus from Hitachi to Tokyo Station. Buses run frequently, and the trip takes about 2 hours. Once at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Line to get to Suidobashi Station. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to Tokyo Dome. The bus fare is usually around 2,000 yen.
