After approximately 130 kilometers, take the exit towards Route 4 and merge onto the Shuto Expressway. Follow the signs for Route 4 and continue driving until you reach Taito City. Use a GPS to navigate to '2 Chome-4-1 Torigoe, Taito City, Tokyo 111-0054'. There is limited parking available near the shrine, so plan to arrive early in the day.

For those using public transportation, head to Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and take the train towards Asakusa. Get off at 'Tawaramachi Station'. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Torigoe Shrine. Follow the signs or use a map application for precise directions.
