Car
If you are driving from central Hitachi, head south on Route 6 (also known as the Joban Expressway) towards Mito. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers, then take the exit towards Tsukuba. Merge onto Route 354 and follow the signs for Tsukuba. After about 10 kilometers, merge onto the Ibaraki Prefectural Road 3, which will lead you towards Tokyo. Continue straight for about 50 kilometers until you reach the Chiyoda City area in Tokyo. Use a navigation app or GPS to find 'Mikura Bridge', which is located at 〒101-0031 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Higashikanda, 1−59 清洲橋通り.

Public Transportation
From Hitachi Station, take the Joban Line train towards Ueno Station. This journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and head towards Asakusa Station. After about 4 stops, get off at Kanda Station. From Kanda Station, exit and walk towards the East for about 1 kilometer. You will reach Mikura Bridge located at 〒101-0031 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Higashikanda, 1−59 清洲橋通り. Make sure to have a prepaid Suica or Pasmo card for easy access to trains and subways.
