By Car
If you are driving, you can reach Hokusei-no-oka Observatory Park by taking the Hokkaido Expressway. From Sapporo, take the expressway towards Asahikawa and exit at Biei. From the Biei Interchange, follow Route 237 towards Biei town. Continue on Route 237 for about 15 minutes until you see signs for Hokusei-no-oka Observatory Park. The park is located at 〒071-0216 Hokkaido, Kamikawa District, Biei.
By Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
To reach Hokusei-no-oka Observatory Park using public transportation, first take a train to Biei Station. From Sapporo, you can take the JR Hakodate Line to Asahikawa, then transfer to the JR Furano Line to Biei Station. Once you arrive at Biei Station, take the local bus bound for 'Hokusei-no-oka Park'.
