Getting There

  • Walking

    From JR Nakafurano Station, the park is approximately a 15-minute walk. Head east from the station, and follow the main street (Prefectural Route 705). The park will be on your left, adjacent to the Choei Lavender Farm.

  • Public Transport

    Take the JR Furano Line to Lavender Farm Station (open seasonally, June to October). From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Farm Tomita, then another 15-minute walk to Nakafurano Flower Park. Alternatively, the Furano Bus Lavender-go route connects Asahikawa Airport with the Furano area, stopping at Nakafurano. Check the schedule for specific stops and times. A single bus fare within the area costs around ¥230.

  • Chairlift

    Once inside the park, a single chairlift provides access to the upper part of the park on Mt. Hokusei. A round-trip ticket costs ¥400 for adults and ¥200 for children. The chairlift operates from late June to mid-August, typically from 9:00 AM to 4:40 PM.
