If you're driving to the Minaka Odawara Observatory Footbath Garden from central Izu, start by heading north on Route 135 towards Atami, then take the exit for Route 1 towards Odawara. Follow Route 1 for about 30 minutes until you reach the Odawara area. Once you arrive, look for signs directing you to Sakaecho. The footbath garden is located at 1 Chome-1-21 Sakaecho, Odawara, Kanagawa. There is parking available nearby.

To reach the Minaka Odawara Observatory Footbath Garden by public transportation, first make your way to the Odawara Station via the JR Tōkaidō Line or the Odakyu Line. From Odawara Station, exit the station and walk towards the east exit. You can take a local bus from the station to Sakaecho; the bus ride should take around 10 minutes. Alternatively, it's a pleasant 20-minute walk to the footbath garden from the station.
