Car
If you are driving from Osaka, take the Hanshin Expressway and merge onto the Kinki Expressway (Route 25) towards Nara. Continue on Route 25 until you reach the Kashihara exit. Follow the signs for Kashihara and then Route 165. The Mausoleum of Emperor Suizei will be located at 〒634-0813 Nara, Kashihara, Shijocho, 字田ノ坪. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 500-1000 yen.

For those using public transportation, start at Osaka Station and take the Yamatoji Line towards Nara. Change trains at Nara Station to the Sakurai Line and head towards Kashihara Jingu-mae Station. Once you arrive at Kashihara Jingu-mae Station, exit and walk for about 20 minutes following the signs to the Mausoleum of Emperor Suizei. Alternatively, you can take a local bus from the station to get closer to the site; bus fare is around 210 yen.

If you are already in Nara city, you can take the Nara Kotsu Bus from Nara Station. Look for the bus bound for Kashihara and get off at the 'Emperor Suizei Mausoleum' bus stop. The bus fare is approximately 300 yen. From the bus stop, it is a short 10-minute walk to the mausoleum.
