Getting There

  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Koshi. Navigate towards Route 3 (Kumamoto Bypass) and head southeast. After approximately 10 minutes, take the exit towards Kumamoto City Center. Continue on the local roads until you reach Hirogimachi. Look for signs directing you to Suizenji Ezuko Park, located at 935-1 Hirogimachi, Higashi Ward, Kumamoto. There is parking available near the park, but please be aware that there may be a parking fee, typically around 500 yen for a few hours.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are using public transportation, head to Koshi Station. From there, take the Kumamoto City Tram Line heading to Kumamoto Station. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Kumamoto Station, transfer to a local bus (number 10 or 12) towards Suizenji Park. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes.
