    If you are driving from central Kyoto, take the JR San-in Line from Kyoto Station towards Sonobe. After about 20 minutes, get off at Saga-Arashiyama Station. From there, follow signs to Route 162 (Sagatenryuji) and continue driving for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Rinsen-ji Temple at 33 Sagatenryuji Tsukurimichicho. There is parking available near the temple, but be aware that there may be a small fee.
