From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line towards Nara. This train runs frequently, approximately every 15 minutes. Alight at Momoyama Station, which is about 10 minutes away. Once you exit the station, head south and follow the signs for Fushimi-Momoyama-jō Castle. The castle is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can board the Kyoto City Bus No. 33 from Kyoto Station (Bus Stop D2). Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes and get off at the 'Momoyama-kōen-mae' bus stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Fushimi-Momoyama-jō Castle. Look for signs directing you to the castle.

If you are staying in the southern part of Kyoto, you could enjoy a pleasant walk to Fushimi-Momoyama-jō Castle. Start from Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is about 30 minutes on foot.
