Public Transport
If you're starting from Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line towards Kokusaikaikan and get off at Karasuma Oike Station. Change to the Tozai Line and ride towards Uzumasa Tenjingawa. Get off at Sanjō Keihan Station. From there, exit the station and head east on Sanjō-dōri Street until you reach the intersection with Higashiōji-dōri. Turn left and walk north for about 10 minutes.
