Start from Kyoto Station. Take the JR Takarazuka Line to Minoh Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Minoh Station, exit the station and head towards the Minoh Park entrance, which is a 10-minute walk from the station. Follow the signs that lead you into the park.
