If you are starting from Kyoto Station, exit the station and head towards the Karasuma Exit. From there, take the Karasuma Subway Line to Shijo Station (approximately 5 minutes). Once you arrive at Shijo Station, take Exit 1, and walk east along Shijo Street until you reach the intersection with Higashioji Street. Turn left onto Higashioji Street, continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Toyokuni Shrine, located at 530 Chayacho, Higashiyama Ward.
