Getting There

  • Train

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line towards Nara. Make sure to board a train that stops at Uji Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Uji Station, exit the station and head north on the main street (Keihan Uji Line). After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path, and continue straight until you see the Tsuen Main Branch on your right at Higashiuchi-1 Uji.

    From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus No. 205 towards Uji. Get off at the Uji Station stop, which takes around 40 minutes. After alighting, walk north along the main road for about 10 minutes. When you reach the fork, take the left path, and continue straight for another 5 minutes until you spot the Tsuen Main Branch on your right at Higashiuchi-1 Uji.
