If you are driving, head towards Fujikawaguchiko by following the signs for Route 139 from the Mount Fuji area. Once you reach Fujikawaguchiko, continue on Route 139 until you see the signs for Oishi. Turn onto Oishi Road, and you will arrive at Fuji Oishi Hana Terrace located at 〒401-0305 Yamanashi, Minamitsuru District, Fujikawaguchiko, Oishi, １４７７番1. Parking is available on-site, and it's free.
