If you are driving, start by heading to the Fujikawaguchiko area. From the main road, take Route 139 towards Fujikawaguchiko. Follow the signs for 'Oishi'. Once you reach Oishi, you can park at the nearby Oishi Park, where there are parking facilities (approximately 500 yen for parking). From Oishi Park, it is a short walk to Rusugaiwa (Rusu Rock), which is roughly 1 km away. Follow the walking path that leads you towards the lake; Rusugaiwa is located along the lakeshore, providing stunning views of Mt. Fuji.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the Fujikyu Railway from Kawaguchiko Station towards Oishi. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at Oishi Station. From there, you can walk to Rusugaiwa (Rusu Rock), which is about a 15-minute walk (1 km). Head towards the lakeshore, following the signs that lead to the scenic viewpoints along Lake Kawaguchi. The path is well-marked and offers beautiful views of Mt. Fuji.
