Car
If you are driving from the center of Mount Fuji, take Route 138 towards Hakone. Continue for about 30 minutes. Once you reach Hakone, look for signs directing you to Ninotaira. Turn onto 1297-66 Ninotaira, and you will find Sushi & Shabushabu Kumashiro on your right. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Sushi & Shabushabu Kumashiro via public transport, take a train from Fujisan Station to Hakone-Yumoto Station. This journey takes approximately 30 minutes. From Hakone-Yumoto Station, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Bus heading towards Togendai and disembark at the Ninotaira stop. The restaurant is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop; head southeast on Ninotaira road, and you will find it on your left at 1297-66.
