If you are driving from Nagasaki city center, head north on Route 34. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers (about 40 minutes). Follow the signs for Saikai City. Once you reach Saikai, keep an eye out for local signs directing you to Ryugu Sumiyoshi Shrine, which is located at Seihicho Jikibago, Saikai, Nagasaki 851-3305. You can park in the designated parking area near the shrine.

Public Transportation - Train and Bus
From Nagasaki Station, take a train on the JR Sasebo Line toward Sasebo. Get off at the Haiki Station (approximately 30 minutes). From Haiki Station, take the Saikai City Bus (Saika bus) Line 1, which will take you directly to the nearest bus stop for Ryugu Sumiyoshi Shrine. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you get off, it's a short walk to the shrine. Please check the bus schedule in advance as they may not run frequently.

For a more direct route, you can also take the Nishitetsu bus from Nagasaki Station. Board the bus that goes to Saikai, which takes about 50 minutes. Get off at the 'Ryugu Sumiyoshi Shrine' bus stop. The shrine is just a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest departure times.
