Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from central Nagasaki, take Route 34 towards Sasebo. Follow the signs for Sasebo, and continue on Route 34 for approximately 45 minutes. As you approach Sasebo, take the exit toward Route 35. Follow Route 35, and look for signs directing you to Kujukushima Tourist Park. The park is located at 1746 Nozakicho, Sasebo, Nagasaki 857-1234. There is parking available at the park, but please note that a parking fee may apply.

  • Public Transportation (Train and Bus)

    Start your journey at Nagasaki Station. Take the JR Limited Express train towards Sasebo Station. The ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Sasebo Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal. Take the Sasebo City Bus (Line 3) towards Kujukushima. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and the fare is around 500 yen. Get off at the Kujukushima Tourist Park stop, which is right in front of the park entrance.

  • Public Transportation (Bus Only)

    If you prefer to take a bus from Nagasaki, you can start at Nagasaki Station and board the Nishi-Kyushu Bus to Sasebo. The journey takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. After arriving at Sasebo Bus Center, transfer to the Kujukushima Tourist Park Bus (available from the same bus stop). The fare for the bus is approximately 600 yen. The total travel time may vary depending on the bus schedule.
