Car
From Nagasaki City, take Route 34 north towards Sasebo. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Follow the signs for Sasebo and look for the signs indicating the direction to Sasebo Port. Once you reach Sasebo, continue on Route 35, which leads directly to the port area. There is parking available near the port, but be sure to check for any parking fees which may apply.

From Nagasaki Station, take the JR Limited Express 'Midori' train towards Sasebo Station. The ride takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arrival at Sasebo Station, exit the station and take a taxi to Sasebo Port, which is approximately a 10-minute drive. Taxi fares may range from 1,000 to 1,500 JPY depending on traffic.
