Experience Kojaku-ji Temple

Getting There

  • Train

    Start at Nagoya Station. Take the JR Tokaido Line bound for Toyohashi or Hamamatsu. Get off at Toyota Station (about 30 minutes). From Toyota Station, exit and head towards the bus terminal located outside the station.

  • Bus

    At the bus terminal, take the Meitetsu Bus bound for Asuke (Asuke Line). Make sure to check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at 'Kojaku-ji' bus stop, which is the closest stop to the temple.

  • Walking

    From the Kojaku-ji bus stop, walk to the temple. The temple is about a 5-minute walk. As you walk, follow the signs for Kojaku-ji Temple. You will see the entrance to the temple on your left.
