From Nagoya Station, take the JR Tokaido Line towards Gifu. Get off at Gifu Station. This train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gifu Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal.

At Gifu Station, take the Gifu City Bus (Bus No. 5) towards Nagarafukumitsu. The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Nagarafukumitsu stop. From there, Sofuku-ji is about a 10-minute walk.

After getting off at Nagarafukumitsu bus stop, walk towards the main road and turn left. Continue straight on the main road for approximately 800 meters. You will see Sofuku-ji on your right. The temple is well-marked and has a beautiful entrance.
